Concept Frames can weld frames of any size. Due to shipping restrictions or site requirements, we can prepare your frames for field assembly with mechanical splices or spliced for field welding by others. Each frame is inspected for quality before leaving our plant.   Welded frames are continuously welded at perimeter joints. All internal connections are face welded and ground smooth.   Each visible weld will be ground smooth for a finished look.   Temporary spreader bars are tack welded to the bottom of jambs to ensure the integrity of the opening during shipment. Metal banding and wood crating protects product during shipment. |
