Fire Rated Door Notes

¹	Minimum latch bolt throw on single swing is 0.5"
²	Minimum latch bolt throw on standard pairs is 0.75"
³	Maximum rating for double egress temperature rise is 1 1/2 hour
⁴	Temperature rise doors must be 1.75" thick
⁵	Hardware limited to 161 or mortise lock active x ASA and flushbolt inactive; active leaves over 48" require auxiliary fire latch in top of leaf
⁶	Rated up to 90 minute (astragal required at pair)

Multiple lite kits allowed if the total visible area is equal to or less than maximum area shown.
Lite kits shall be listed and labeled for use in fire doors or manufactured by Concept Frames.
Concept Frames fire rated doors are available with steel stiffened core.
Every door is fabricated from corrosion resistant A60 galvanealed door skins.
Flush metal top caps and closer reinforcements are standard on all doors.
Fire rated doors can be prepared to receive any fire rated exit hardware or locks.
Positive pressure rated doors do not require
additional edge seals.
Concept doors incorporate flexibility to meet design and hardware requirements. Every door is custom-made to your specifications.
